OUR STORY
Southeast VAL6, inc. Has been providing its customers with high-quality, infrared VAL6 heaters and evaporative cooling fans since its establishment in 2007. Over the years, founders-- and husband and wife team-- Scott and Lori Dameron built the family-owned and operated company on Christian values with a propensity towards exceptional customer service. Scott, an electrical engineer by trade, aided in the design of VAL6 heaters for the United States market. He believed VAL6 heaters would be a valuable product to contractors, farmers, and so many others, as they would provide the most safe and affordable heat source on the market, saving his customers money and keeping them safe.
Today-- "by the grace of God," Scott and Lori frequently note—South East VAL6 continues to provide its customers with high quality products and service. Each team member prides themselves on meeting their customers' unique needs and applications.

SCOTT DAMERON
FOUNDER / PRESIDENT
Scott founded South East VAL6, inc. In 2007. With his wife, Lori. While he is not as frequently involved with the company as he used to be, he is always more than willing to help out where needed these days, whether it be making deliveries or filling in every now and again at exhibitor shows.
Scott enjoys fishing, spending time with his adult children-- Abigail, Anthony, and Emily-- and traveling with his wife, as can be seen in this picture of the two of them in Alaska summer of 2021.
LORI DAMERON
SECRETARY-TREASURER / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
"I've been working with South East VAL6, inc., since my husband, Scott, and I began the company in 2007. I've been involved with many aspects of the business, wherever I am most needed, whether that job be sweeping the floors, invoicing, or my current role as secretary-treasurer. Whatever title I have held, nothing means more to me than being able to work with my family-- the titles of wife, mom, sister, and friend are the ones I hold most dear. I am so thankful for the experiences and opportunities South East VAL6, inc., has afforded me.
In my spare time away from the business, I enjoy all family activities that include traveling, games, water sports, food, flowers, and sunshine."

SHANE PICHA
VICE PRESIDENT / SALES
Shane has been a valuable asset of South East VAL6, inc. Since 2012. As vice-president of the company, he oversees all day-to-day operations, including providing new and existing training to distributor and dealer accounts. "My favorite thing about working with South East VAL6, inc. Are the relationships I get to make with our customers. I am a "people-person" that thrives being a position where I am able to serve others and meet their needs on a daily basis."
Outside of work, Shane is actively involved with his church's youth and music ministries. He is also a part-time soccer officiant, and thoroughly enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors, fishing and playing sports.

LENA PICHA
OFFICE MANAGER
Lena has been in South East VAL6, inc.'s main office since 2018 as our office manager. She loves that this job gives her the opportunity to work with her family and husband, Shane, as well as raise their three children at the same time-- Levi, Lilian, and Lydia.
When she is not helping run the South East VAL6, inc. Main office, Lena can be found running spartan races, riding bikes outside with her children, or singing with her church's music ministry.
LORIE SISSON
PARTS MANAGER
Affectionately known as the "parts ninja" around the office and by her customers, Lorie has been with the company since 2015, and in that short amount of time, she has learned the
ins-and-outs of every heater. She takes great pride in ensuring all South East VAL6, inc. customers receive exactly what they need, when they need it, to keep their heat on and our customers warm and happy. We consider ourselves very lucky to have a "parts ninja" that works tirelessly every season to serve each customer with the quality care they deserve.
ABIGAIL WILSON
MARKETING MANAGER
"As Scott and Lori's daughter, I consider myself to have been with the company since it began in the top floor of our home in 2007. I fondly remember my youngest sister and I putting together thermostats for extra money when we were younger! From thermostats, to making deliveries once I could drive, to designing the company's first logo in a college course, to now serving as the company's marketing manager, I am proud of what my dad started for our family and the blessing he afforded me to grow up with this business. South East VAL6, inc., has honestly shaped my life, and not just in my career choice, but my life values, as well. One of my favorite traditions we do as a team is pray for God's will and direction for our company before each team meeting. I have carried this into my personal life because if God can provide for this company and all of us all these years, he can do so in my everyday life as well."
