If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from South East VAL6, inc., you may return your item in new condition, in its original packaging for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Returns:

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.  All returned items must be in new an unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging attached.

 

Return Process:

To return an item, please email our parts department at parts@southeastval6.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.  After receiving an RMA number, please promptly place the item securely in its original packaging, included with your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note: you will be responsible for all shipping charges regarding your return.  We highly recommend you utilize a trackable shipping method to mail your return.

 

Refunds:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow ten (10) business days from receipt of your item to process your return of exchange.  Refunds may take one (1) to two (2) billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, dependent upon your credit card company.  We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Please note: special order items cannot be returned and will not receive a refund.
