SAFETY FEATURES


BELOW ARE RELEVANT SAFETY FEATURES FOR THE EPX:

  • OVERHEAT PREVENTION - TO PREVENT MALFUNCTION, THE EPX HAS AN AUTOMATIC SHUTDOWN SYSTEM THAT ACTIVATES WHEN THE MAIN CHAMBER REACHES ABNORMALLY HIGH TEMPERATURES.
  • TIP-OVER PROTECTION - THE EPX WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHUTDOWN WHEN IT IS TIPPED OVER OR RECEIVES A STRONG IMPACT (BUMP).
  • HIGH-VOLTAGE DETECTION - TO PREVENT MALFUNCTION, THE EPX WILL AUTOMATICALLY SHUTDOWN WHEN IT DETECTS ABNORMALLY HIGH VOLTAGE CONDITIONS.
  • PHOTOCELL FLAME MONITOR - THE FLAME MONITOR WILL SHUTDOWN THE EPX IF IT DETECTS AN ABNORMAL FLAME IN THE MAIN CHAMBER.
  • AFTER POWER OUTAGE - IN THE EVENT OF POWER LOSS THE EPX WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY RESTART TO PREVENT FIRE OR UNDETECTABLE ACCIDENTS WHEN THE POWER IS RESTORED.
